Password rules: - Please consider using a more secure password phrase. See below for rules and examples.
- The password is case sensitive.
- Your password must be at least 16 characters long.
- It must contain at least 1 number.
- It must contain a combination of at least one upper-case and one lower case character.
- It can not be a derivative of your username, first name, last name, or previous password.
- It must not contain 3 consecutive alphabetic characters or 3 consecutive numbers. Ex. (123 or abc) will not work.
- It must not contain 3 repetitive alphabetic characters or 3 repetitive numbers. Ex. (111 or aaa) will not work.
- Do not use a school name or a mascot.
Tips:- Tip 1: Be creative! Choose something memorable yet not obvious.
- Tip 2: Idea: Password phrases are best, eg 'frog is grEen' or 'bee Is yellow'.
- Tip 3: Idea: Choose 2 words and separate them with a number, eg 'frog' and 'bee' could make 'frog7bee'.
- Tip 4: Idea: Choose 1 word and a number and intersperse them, eg 'trust' and '1234' could make 't1r2u3s4t' or '12trust34'.
- Tip 5: To aid in remembering your password, associate the elements of your password with a mental image or phrase.
